Polenta in the county

When this fine cornmeal mingles with grated cheese, happiness for your baby from 10 months.


  • 50 g of polenta (fine cornmeal). 12.5 cl of milk in a row (a mustard glass). 1 egg. 1 knob of butter. 20 g grated Comté. 1 pinch of salt.


In a saucepan, combine the milk and the same amount of water. Salt, bring to a boil and then add the semolina in rain and cook on low heat, the time indicated on the packet, without stopping to mix with the wooden spoon to prevent the formation of lumps. When semolina has thickened, remove from heat and add egg, butter and grated cheese. Mix and serve plain or topped with tomato sauce.
